The Residents Panel The residents panel consists of an elected body of owners and tenants from the Windmill Estate.  The aims of the panel are to represent the interests of the tenants and owner occupiers on the Windmill Estate maintaining good relations with all members of the community, South Cambridgeshire District Council, and Accent Nene and to ensure the successful regeneration of the estate. The panel has had input at all stages of the regeneration process, helping to select the architects, developers and removals company.  We meet four weekly with Accent Nene, South Cambs, the contractors and any other relevant agencies to discuss progress and address any issues which have arisen. The meetings are currently held on a Wednesday afternoon, between 4.00pm-5.30pm in the Community House at 4 Dunmowe Way.  Interim meetings are held as required.
