Who are the contractors? The residents panel have been involved in the selection of all the contractors who are undertaking work on the redevelopment of the estate. The main building contractor for phase 2 is Carter Homes. For more information about them and personel working on the scheme click here Kier Partnership Homes who were the contractor for phase 1 will continue on site until this phase is complete and will also be responsible for picking up any defects for the properties in this phase.  For more information about the team and what they do please click here. The panel also helped to select a public artist to work on the pieces of art which will be part of the new development.  Andy Tanser was the chosen artist, click here for further information on him and the proposed pieces of art.
