Properties for shared ownership and outright sale
At The Swifts in Fulbourn there is a three bedroom show home available to view (2 Swifts Corner). This is open to the public Fridays through to Mondays inclusive 10.30a.m. – 5.00p.m. Within the current phase at the Swifts there are nineteen shared ownership which were offered on a part-buy, part-rent scheme. All the shared ownership homes on phase 1b have been allocated and were offered on a 40% share, with a rent based at 2.75 percent and management charge on the remaining amount. This makes home ownership a possibility to lots more people who would not otherwise have the opportunity.
