Public Art There will be a number of public art pieces within the development when it is complete and the residents panel chose Andy Tanser as the public artist to work on these Andy trained initially as an architectural stone and wood carver, and went on at 21 to study as an industrial designer. Since 1993 Andrew has been producing his own work, selling work for example at the Royal Academy 1996 summer show, undertaken a wide variety of commissions, workshops and Public Art projects. Following consultation with the residents currently living on the estate and the Parish Council who will be responsible for future maintenance, the art pieces have been chosen and work on these is underway. For further details of the art pieces for the estate click here. Since the original pieces were agreed, there have been some changes and one addition is a Life Wall.
