Renting a new property  If you are looking to rent a new property on the redevelopment on the Windmill Estate you must either be:- A.  An existing South Cambridgeshire District Council  (SCDC) tenant living on the Windmill Estate, or B.  Registered on SCDC Homelink Choice Based lettings scheme with a connection to Fulbourn (i.e. living/working in Fulbourn or have family in the village). Existing SCDC tenants living on the Windmill should have already have been allocated a new home by Accent Nene.  If you have not yet been contacted please phone housing officer, Alan Percival 0800 393 8390. All existing SCDC tenants living on the Windmill will be rehoused first in the first phases of the new homes built.  This building programme will continue into 2011.    Additional new homes for rent will not be built until after this time.  All additional newly built properties will be advertised via Choiced Based Lettings Homelink Scheme.  Only those registered with Homelink will be able to bid for the new properties.
